All dimensions in cm. Shell closed at top, sides and back. The cart is a box open on the right, with matching front and back panels and shelves between them; the door overlays the shell (as wide as the space, as tall as the space minus the floor clearance) and is screwed to the cart's front panel from inside; the shell is shorter in depth by the door thickness plus its clearance. Rails are front-aligned, centred on the cart's height; pull-out is limited by their extension. LED strips run under each level along the open side and switch on as the unit is pulled out.

Cut list
The cut list above is generated by querying the model for parts carrying a material tag; sizes are sorted length ≥ width ≥ thickness and identical panels are grouped. It is nested onto sheet stock by the panelcut backend, one run per material thickness, and re-nested whenever a dimension, the cut list or the sheet settings change. Sheets and the layout are in mm. Every red line is a guillotine cut running edge to edge across the piece it splits; its label is the cut order and the distance from that piece's own edge, which is the fence or stop setting. Kerf is taken off the far side of the line. Grey areas are offcuts.
